The more active you remain, the longer you'll remain active.
A few years ago my best friend said something that has stuck with me. He said, “If you can just maintain, you are way ahead of the curve, because the rest of us are on a downhill slide.”<p>
He was right. Staying active and doing your best to remain fit will make you not only look better, but feel better.
Fitness Training
I generally weight train 6 days a week. Having a partner helps
Cardio
I used to run 7 days a week. A foot injury and pneumonia stopped that. I'm slowly getting back. But cardio--like leg-day--shouldn't be skipped.
